Notes
- We do not sell any more than 3,000 head office records in order to protect the integrity of the database.
- Where we are notified in writing of any error in any record supplied, within 28 days of the data being sent by us, we will refund.
- Where we are notified in writing of any record supplied that does not fit the specific request given to us within 28 days of the data being sent by us, we will refund.
- Any data supplied will be seeded. Where it has been established the data has been used for unauthorised purposes, for example passed to another client for them to use, an invoice will be reissued for the original data purchase amount.
- We do not supply data to companies based outside the UK and Ireland, unless they have a registered office in either the UK or Ireland.
- Data matching. We suggest that we match data held by you against the data we hold on agreed criteria, to ensure that you only receive new records. There is no charge for this service and we will sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to protect your data.
- Please note we do not sell our email addresses. They can only be purchased as part of a full data package, alongside postal data.
Email campaigns
Please note that RPBi does not sell stand alone email addresses. Email addresses can only be obtained when purchasing a full data package, such as postal data.
RPBi can however create and conduct an email campaign on your behalf, but you will not have access to the individual email addresses unless you purchase a full data package.

Notes
- All email campaigns are actioned using www.dotdigital.com
- Any html template supplied to us, must be coded according to the dotDigital requirements. If not, costs maybe incurred to re-format the template (as above).
- No email campaign is ever sent without written approval from the client.
- All templates supplied must include contact details.
- All clients will be given access to the dotDigital reporter, to allow them to follow the progress of the email campaign.
- The rate charged is for delivered emails (not sent) as indicated on dotdigital's reporter.
